wanting to sell 1978 mobile home fully furnished – Ferguson

it is in liveable shape now but could use mild to moderate repairs and we would be willing to leave it on lot for a small rental fee but you would have access to a long private very secluded drive way and asphalt drive paved all the way up to the mobile home. we have practically all materials to fix it up it is a 12x60 2 bedroom & 1 full bath. also has its own indoor outdoor pet door for up to medium size dog or small to medium cat. we will allow pets such as cats as long as they are spayed or neauterd and kept properly fed and with a dog it must be fenced or tied but at the petdoor the pet will have its own small 3x3 maybe bigger private deck no fence though. but any pet must have up to date shots and especially rabies for the home is very much back in a secluded wooded area. we do want to have the wildlife respected but hunters or vacationers from out of town are welcome as long as they are honest and respectful to the property. the property itself the home is one is at least a acre but it houses two extra big decks on both sides and a screen in room on the back attached to the home. the land also has a pond hand dug last yr but isn't stocked but can be buy renter of the land. it also has a small long though shed used previously to house 4 wheelers and deer hunting items such as tree stands and feeder. its in good shape but could use a coat of paint. but is welcome to use for personal use. also some nut trees are on property from chestnut to pecan to hickory, to acorn but are still very young so not bareing. roses and tulips lines the left side of the drive and rose of sharon lines the right side. notice land is only for rent but can be used as you like just respect the land its been in the family over 60 years. spring water gravity flow and a pump for washer to operate. but gardens of flowers or veggies are welcome to make and also you may have any fowl like chickens or pet turkeys and other as long as they are fenced in. cats can be runned free but prefer indoor but will tolerate as long as it is current on shots and spayed or nueaterd dogs though is a definate no to running freely. it is a great get away or fixer up or starter home for a person or couple or small family. it has electric power on it still and has a electric furnace in it factory built but also if bought you will get a wood stove very large but cast iron great shape and chimley already set up used for 4 years with it. but kinda older model but is in great shape. located in kitchen big enough to cook on as well in winter time. also the home will be fully furnished with neccessity liveable furniture from couch to beds to washer and dryer which in fact will need to be fixed minorly. also on the land is a private wood built trash bin. the home is forsale and fully furnished for $5500 or make a offer/ land rented for $200 for all indulinges of the property gives land is not forsale don't try to buy it. but home is and will sell the furnishing and decks with it. also your neighbors above you are close to 900 feet away. but us we are at the beginning of the road just as you pull into the road. but the home is in located in the small community of ferguson which is nestled in the backwoods of wilkes county, nc plus it is 30 to 45 mins from wilkesboro, caldwell county, lenior, and boone, nc so its very every way funtional to any practical towns nearby. also we will consider renting the home and land if truely interested just email or call. we send pics if requested.
